Position: Valet & Detailing Team Lead
Location: Surrey, UK
Salary: £35k - £40k 💷
Hours: Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:30
What You'll Do:
✨ Lead a small, skilled team of detailers, turning cars into showroom masterpieces
✨ Take charge of the full detailing process - from wash & prep to polishing & paint correction
✨ Train your team in advanced techniques like machine polishing and ceramic coatings
✨ Keep stock, tools, and supplies in check ✅
✨ Make every vehicle delivery-ready, impressing clients with flawless finishes
✨ Maintain health & safety standards and high-quality control across the team
What We're Looking For:
💎 Proven experience in high-end vehicle valeting & detailing
💎 Strong knowledge of polishing, paint correction & ceramic coatings
💎 Leadership or supervisory experience
💎 Obsessed with attention to detail
💎 Full UK driving licence
Bonus points if you have some mechanical knowledge ⚙️
