Registered Care Manager – Full Time
Location: Danygraig Domiciliary Care, Bridgend Road, Porthcawl, CF36 5SR
Salary: Competitive (based on experience & qualifications)
Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Domiciliary Care Manager to lead our growing service in Bridgend. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring the highest standards of care, supporting a dedicated team, and driving service quality and growth.
About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Manager, you’ll:
Oversee the day-to-day management of the service
Ensure safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity
Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and ongoing development
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Maintain compliance with CIW regulations and safeguarding requirements
Monitor quality, complete audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Support rota management and participate in the on-call system
What We’re Looking For
QCF Level 4/5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Experience working in domiciliary care and care planning
Excellent knowledge of CIW regulations, safeguarding, and quality standards
Strong organisational and communication skills
Full UK driving licence (essential)
