Key Responsibilities

* Managing site compliance, risk assessments, and record keeping
* Coordinating contractors and overseeing site-related projects
* Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of buildings and grounds
* Supporting school events and occasional out-of-hours requirements
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in a Premises Manager, Site Manager, or Caretaker role
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and site compliance
* Practical maintenance and DIY skills
* The ability to manage contractors and prioritise workload effectively
* A proactive, reliable, and professional approach
* Strong organisational and communication skills
