Project Engineer Sector: Engineering / Regulated Product Development Location: Norfolk Type: Permanent Salary: Discussed on application Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday ISQ Recruitment is recruiting for a Project Engineer to join a specialist technical development team in Norfolk. This is a good opportunity for an engineer who wants variety, responsibility and involvement across technical project delivery. You will be taking ownership of engineering workstreams, solving problems, coordinating with suppliers and supporting development projects through verification and manufacturing transfer. The role could suit someone from a project engineering, development engineering, NPI, industrialisation, technical delivery or manufacturing engineering background. Experience in pharmaceutical, medical, life sciences or other regulated environments would be useful, especially where projects involve technical documentation, supplier coordination, verification or transfer into manufacturing. The role will involve: Supporting technical development projects from concept through to verification and manufacturing transfer Taking ownership of assigned engineering actions, workstreams and deliverables Coordinating activity across engineering, quality, suppliers and external partners Supporting engineering builds, testing activity and transfer tasks Preparing and maintaining technical documentation and project records Tracking actions, risks and issues to support project delivery Helping to resolve technical or operational issues affecting progress Supporting supplier and manufacturing partner activity Contributing to process improvements across engineering and project delivery What we are looking for: Experience in project engineering, development engineering, NPI, industrialisation or technical delivery Strong engineering understanding and a practical approach to problem solving Confidence coordinating technical activity across different teams, suppliers or partners Ability to take ownership of actions, timelines and deliverables Experience with technical documentation, project records or development files Good communication skills and strong attention to detail A positive, organised approach and the confidence to follow issues through to resolution Click apply, send your CV to jobs@isqrecruitment.co.uk or contact ISQ Recruitment on 01603 369 500 for more information.
