Support Worker
We are seeking a new Lead Support Worker, experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities and passionate about making a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities.
This is a fabulous opportunity for a person who wants to progress their career within Social Care.
You will join a team of both experienced colleagues, and also relatively new team members, supporting people with learning disabilities to live their lives independently
Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive, positive-risk taking approach is key, as is up front, clear and consistent communication, with strong organisational skills. IT skills are important too - you don't have to be a whizz, but competent!
Being a proactive, engaging and caring individual, who is also a competent and confident Practice Lead for your colleagues, you will promote our values to ensure the best outcomes for the people we support.
With an eye for detail, you will play a key role in ensuring support plans are up to date and relevant. You will also aid your colleagues to maintain a high level of compliance and safety in the homes you work in.
