About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Services Europe to lead our co-located teams of PTI consultants, metering and operational professional services, managed services, and value-added services across Europe. This is a pivotal leadership role within our newly structured Europe Zone, designed to accelerate execution, standardize delivery, and drive profitable growth in lifecycle services.
* Flawless Service Delivery: Ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across all service engagements.
* Utilization & Efficiency: Driving optimal resource deployment and productivity across territories.
* Skill Development: Building a future‑ready workforce through targeted upskilling and capability development.
* Sales & Pre‑Sales Integration: Collaborating closely with Sales and Pre‑Sales to embed services into account strategies and support lifecycle value creation.
* Standardization & Governance: Implementing unified processes and tools across service teams to enable scalable, repeatable delivery.
* Value‑Added Services: Expanding and enhancing offerings that deliver measurable business impact, such as advanced analytics, digital enablement, and strategic advisory services.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a geographically distributed team of service professionals and consultants.
* Own the service P&L across Europe, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
* Align service offerings with strategic account plans and software license growth targets.
* Foster strong collaboration with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Projects, and central functions.
* Champion standardization, recurring revenue (ARR), and lifecycle services as growth levers.
* Represent Services in planning discussions, workshops, and leadership forums.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven leadership experience in services delivery across multiple European markets.
* Strong understanding of PTI consulting, professional services, managed services, and value‑added services.
* Track record of driving operational excellence and team development.
* Strategic mindset with ability to connect services to broader business goals.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
