1st Line IT Support Technician - MSP
Location: Bracknell (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
Salary: £26K-£29K DOE
A growing and dynamic MSP supporting over 60 clients is looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who wants to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You'll be the first point of contact for client issues, logging and resolving tickets, and escalating more complex problems to senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support via phone, email, and ticketing system
Resolve issues across Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Perform basic network troubleshooting (WiFi, connectivity)
Manage user onboarding/offboarding and permissions
Support VoIP, CloudAlly backups, and simple data restores
Maintain documentation in IT Glue and follow SOPs
What You'll Need:
Experience in a 1st Line / Service Desk role (MSP ideal)
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware/software
Good communication and customer-service skills
Ability to work in a ticket-driven environment
