Apprentice Electrician - Swansea. Due to the exciting growth of our in-house team, we’re launching a new full-time Apprenticeship in the Electrical trade starting 1st September 2025. Overview
What’s great about the role? This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced electricians while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll gain practical experience installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, helping customers feel safe and supported. Whether you’re leaving school or retraining, you’ll be part of a welcoming team that values your development.
Where does this role fit in? You’ll join our Pobl Repairs & Maintenance Team as a key member of the next generation of skilled professionals. You’ll support qualified electricians with installations, maintenance, and improvements across our housing stock, attending college or training days to develop your knowledge. Great communication, reliability, and enthusiasm are essential!

What You Need To Apply
* Aged 16+
* May need to complete an entry assessment
* One of the following (or equivalent): – Level 2 in Construction or Building Services – Welsh Baccalaureate – 3 GCSEs at A*-C, including maths, English, and science/tech

* Combination of classroom study and on-the-job training
* Practical assessments and theory exams throughout the programme

What are the pay and benefits?
* The salary for this role is £25,396.80
* 40-hour full-time working week, 4-year apprenticeship
* Covering areas from Haverfordwest to Monmouthshire, based in Swansea
* Monday to Friday hours, with flexibility for college days; travel required
