As an HR Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for managers and employees across multiple sites, providing guidance across the full range of people matters.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing a broad range of employee relations matters, using sound judgement to resolve issues informally where appropriate and coaching managers on fair, consistent practice.
2. Acting as the first point of contact for performance-related queries, supporting managers to navigate processes confidently and constructively.
3. Contributing to firm-wide or group HR initiatives and projects, helping to shape content, maintain momentum, and work collaboratively with project leads to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Providing mentoring, guidance and day-to-day support to the People Operations Administration team, including training on policy, processes and good practice.
