This role is ideal for someone who wants to share their passion for Spanish, deliver high-quality lessons, and help students develop strong communication skills and cultural awareness. Key Responsibilities as a Spanish Teacher: Deliver engaging and well-structured Spanish lessons across Key Stages. Encourage students to explore both the language and Hispanic culture through interactive teaching methods. Assess progress, provide meaningful feedback, and tailor support to meet individual needs. Create a stimulating classroom where pupils feel encouraged, respected, and eager to learn. Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school environment. Ensure the highest standards of behaviour management, safeguarding, and student welfare. Requirements for Spanish Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Strong subject knowledge in Spanish; ability to teach French or another MFL subject is a plus. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. Energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to helping students achieve their best. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
