This is a great opportunity to join a UK leading insurance and warranty product supplier. The role of the Warranty Triage Handler: You will qualify claims under supervision to ensure accurate and speedy claims resolution. Guide claimants through relevant claims process and offering advice regarding suitable repairers Resolve claims across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and online Understanding our various customers’ requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt with Maintain company service levels Provide support to the Sales team by providing accurate and timely information Provide professional and friendly service Produce reports/spreadsheets on claims issues/queries on request Arrange vehicle assessmentsThe ideal candidate for this Warranty Triage Handler role will: Have an ability to understand the basic workings of modern vehicles Have a high level of literacy and numeracy Have good communication skillsHaving a background of insurance product administration and claim resolution would be an advantage but not essential.
