Job Title: Organisational Development and Performance Specialist
Location: Hub locations ( Cumbernauld, Milton Keynes, Middlebrook)
Contract and working pattern: Permanent, 37.5 hours, Hybrid Working (3 days in the office)

As an Organisational Development & Performance Specialist at AG Barr you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent, engagement, and wellbeing strategies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include...
* Elevating Performance & Talent: You will support the end-to-end Performance and Talent Management cycle, designing and implementing initiatives that empower our colleagues to excel, fostering a culture of continuous growth, feedback, and recognition. This includes contributing to succession planning and talent pipeline development
* Driving Colleague Engagement & Wellbeing: Lead the charge on our colleague engagement strategy, from orchestrating our engagement surveys to coordinating robust action planning. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving a highly engaged, motivated, and well-supported workforce, ensuring every voice is heard and valued
* Championing Early Careers & Future Talent: Working hand-in-hand with our Talent Acquisition team, you will develop, lead, and grow a successful apprenticeship programme. This involves creating pathways for emerging talent, ensuring a robust pipeline for critical skills, and nurturing the next generation of our leaders
* Fostering Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I): While integrated across all your responsibilities, you will contribute actively to our broader DE&I initiatives, helping to build a truly equitable and inclusive culture where everyone feels they belong and can thrive
* Collaborating for Impact: Partner with our Learning & Development team and our Performance partners ensuring alignment and maximum impact across the employee life cycle
What You’ll Bring...
We're looking for someone who breathes Organisational Development and is driven by a desire to create exceptional people experiences. You'll likely have:
* Proven experience in a similar role focusing on Talent Management, Performance, or Organisational Development within a dynamic environment
* A genuine passion for cultivating a positive employee experience, including wellbeing and DE&I
* Demonstrable experience in managing and driving employee engagement initiatives and cycles
* An understanding of, or direct experience with, apprenticeship programmes or early careers development is highly desirable
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
* A strategic mindset, coupled with strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
* A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A deep interest in staying abreast of current trends and best practices in OD, Talent, Performance, Engagement, and DE&I
You will also demonstrate our AG Barr behaviours of Being Honest, Accountable, Connected and Brave.
