Marketing Executive (Aberdeen, Glasgow or Edinburgh)
Position Type: Full-time/12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for a hands‑on creative individual to join our Marketing team as a Marketing Executive on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be a key part of the team, helping bring our brand to life across social media, digital campaigns, content and events.
You will get exposure to a wide range of marketing activity, from creating content and managing social channels, to supporting business development initiatives and on the ground events in branch.
Key Responsibilities
* Working closely with colleagues across the business, helping translate commercial priorities into engaging content that drives real results
* Creating and distributing engaging social and digital content to showcase Aberdein Considine LLP as the go‑to firm for property in Scotland
* Managing and maintaining our social media channels, including monitoring comments and messages and responding in a professional, on‑brand way
* Assisting with the promotion of events, in‑branch activity and business development initiatives
* Supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and wider team with campaign rollouts
* Spotting content opportunities across the business and proactively suggesting new ideas
* Assisting with business cards, schedules, branded merch and banners
* A Marketing qualification would be useful but not essential
Skills and experience
* Excellent written and verbal communicational skills
* First class proof‑reading skills and attention to detail
* Knowledge of different social media channels and audience types
* A creative mindset - you enjoy coming up with fresh ideas and bringing them to life
* Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders
* Proactive and organised - you take ownership to help move things forward
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
* Knowledge on LinkedIn, paid ads, video productions (content creation)
* Previous experience of working in a marketing, brand or other communications discipline
