Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect Location: Newbury, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid 2-3 days per week onsite)
Contract: 6 Months (Outside IR35)

Were seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions for a leading client in Newbury. Youll play a key role in shaping the ServiceNow platform strategy and ensuring best practices are embedded across ITSM, TSOM, and related modules.
Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
Oversee platform integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.
Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.
Primary expertise in ServiceNow TSOM implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and at least two other ServiceNow modules.
Proven track record of ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server).
Experience with ServiceNow scripting and data model.
In-depth knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Technical Architect (CTA)
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT
Hybrid mix of onsite (Newbury) and remote working. Video interviews.
