Your Role as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator:
- **Arranging and Carrying Out Property Viewings:** Showcase beautiful properties and attract potential buyers.
- **Negotiating Sales:** Use your persuasive skills to ensure deals are favorable for both clients and the agency.
- **Listening to Buyers:** Understand the unique requirements of potential buyers to match them with the perfect property.
- **Customer Liaison:** Serve as the friendly face of the agency by answering all queries and providing top-notch service.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following:
- **Experience in Estate Agency:** A background in property sales will set you up for success.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong written and verbal abilities are essential as you will be interacting with clients daily.
- **Presentation Skills:** You’ll need to be well-presented and articulate to represent our brand effectively.
- **Driving License and Vehicle:** A full UK driving license and access to a car is required for property viewings.
