We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Support Medical Secretary to join the Respiratory Admin Team in Glan Clwyd Hospital. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job
The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Respiratory Department. This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent). This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
Qualifications
* NVQ Business Administration L3 or equivalent experience
* RSA/OCR Level 2 or equivalent; must be proficient in Microsoft Word
* AMSPAR - City & Guilds L3
* NVQ Customer Service L3

* Knowledge of a range of administrative processes

£26,300 to £27,890 a year (pro rata)
