We have an urgent Project Manager position on a £9m build project in Exeter - it's a beauty. 4 x buildings delivered over 10 months.
- Are you an experienced, No.1 Project Manager with good Modular Build knowhow?
- Do you have Tier 1 Main Contractor experience?
- Are you hot on process and procedures?

Project Manager roles and responsibilities:
-Planning & Scheduling:Developing project plans, setting milestones, and creating detailed schedules.
- Budget & Cost Control:Monitoring expenditures, negotiating contracts, and preventing cost overruns.
- Site Management:Overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordination:Liaising with architects, engineers, clients, and local authorities for permits.
- Quality & Safety Assurance:Enforcing safety protocols and conducting inspections to meet quality standards.
- Reporting:Providing regular progress updates to stakeholders.
Project Manager experience required:
- Minimum 10 years Project Manager experience.
- Good Modular Build experience.
