You will be working in the Building Operating Unit where we are responsible for the project delivery of a prestigious London office project.
We are currently looking for a Façade Project Manager to join the team.
As the Façade Project Manager, you will:
Coordinate façade site activities and interfaces to ensure on‑programme delivery.
Lead design and progress meetings; record minutes and drive actions to completion.
Review and approve technical documentation (drawings, reports, RFIs, SSOWs, risk assessments).
Partner with the Quantity Surveyor to control package costs and budget.
Liaise daily with design and specialist contractors on design, production and installation.
Conduct off-site and on-site inspections, testing and benchmarking; report quality and status.
We are looking for:
Expert in façade engineering: detailing, testing, production and installation.
Proven history of delivering façade packages on time and on budget.
Strong project and site management skills.
Regularly conduct factory visits (incl. overseas), quality inspections and reporting.
Relevant engineering/construction qualification and demonstrated competency.
