About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Senior Client Relations Manager. You will manage a portfolio of adviser firms, working closely with account managers and support teams to deliver outstanding service.
Your role is vital in building strong relationships with adviser firms, ensuring customer satisfaction, and representing Nucleus as a trusted partner. You will handle your portfolio, collaborate across teams, and ensure queries are resolved efficiently, always prioritizing the customer’s best interests.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver extraordinary service to advisers and clients, understanding their needs and platform capabilities.
* Manage communications via calls, email, and other channels, maintaining proper documentation.
* Partner with firms to enhance their customer experience, leading service calls and driving improvements.
* Handle escalations and non-standard requests without impacting service quality.
* Collaborate with colleagues to find optimal solutions under pressure.
* Maintain and improve processes and documentation standards.
* Proactively seek improvements and challenge the status quo.
* Plan and manage your workload, meet deadlines, and adhere to KPIs and SLAs.
* Demonstrate a positive attitude and adaptability to change.

Ideal Candidate:
* Deep knowledge of financial products, legislation, and documentation requirements.
* Understanding of platform operations, wrappers, and propositions.
* Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
* Risk awareness, including AML, data protection, and security policies.
* Knowledge of regulatory and company policies.
* Understanding of data outputs like cubes and Power BI.
* Good judgment, especially regarding jurisdictional and process limitations.
* Familiarity with control frameworks impacting daily activities.
