We’re looking for a Senior Innovation Project Manager to champion product development, streamline processes, and deliver complex initiatives that drive both commercial and consumer impact. This is not just about coordination - it’s about leading change, motivating a skilled team, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations in quality, timing, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of innovation, optimisation, and productivity initiatives across the EMEA region.
* Partner with cross-functional teams across multiple markets and serve as the primary contact for manufacturing stakeholders.
* Manage and mentor a small team (1–3 project managers), fostering professional growth and high performance.
* Conduct project reviews, promote best practices, and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
* Balance diverse stakeholder priorities and align teams behind clear, shared objectives and timelines.
* Use tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP to monitor, analyse, and enhance project delivery.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing end-to-end innovation or product development projects within FMCG or consumer goods.
* Strong ability to lead multi-functional, cross-regional teams and deliver results under pressure.
* Demonstrated people leadership skills, with the capability to coach, inspire, and develop others.
* Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or SAP is advantageous.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
* Detail-oriented, commercially minded, and driven to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
