We are looking for four experienced electrical assembly operatives with strong wiring, crimping and soldering skills to join a busy laser manufacturing company in Rugby.
This is a shop-floor, production-based role where you will assemble electrical products, follow drawings, crimp wires, solder, and carry out some mechanical assembly of frames.
Some of the products are highly advanced, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term job security with a company that remains busy all year round.
What skills are needed for this role?
* Recent electrical assembly experience
* Strong wiring, crimping and soldering skills (all three are essential)
* Well-spoken and easy to get along with
* Local to Rugby
* Keen to learn and able to fit into a small team
