Stockroom Assistant (Full‑Time)

Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Flexibility: Monday–Sunday (rotating shifts)
Pay: £8.15 – £12.52 per hour + 30% staff discount
As a Stockroom Assistant, you’re the vibe of our store. You don’t just sell products, you represent them. You know what’s trending, what’s next, and how to make every customer feel seen. Your mission? Create a next‑level shopping experience. Be helpful, be bold, and always go the extra mile. We’re here to set the standard on the high street and you’re a huge part of that.
What you’ll do
* Style the full fit: ask smart questions, read the vibe, and build complete looks – kicks, layers, accessories, care kits. No half fits here.
* Know the product, know the culture: learn every silhouette, the tech behind the performance, fabrics, weather durability, and care. From heritage drops to new heat – you’ll be trained to be a FOOTASYLUM Brand Ambassador.
* Host the hype: own launch days, exclusive drops, styling sessions, and in‑store activations. If it’s happening, you’re leading the energy.
* Chase the win: drive sales, hit KPIs, build baskets, and celebrate team wins. Progress > perfection.
* Keep it premium: visuals on point, stock locked in. The store always looking fresh, clean, and ready for the next fit check.
About you
* Outgoing, confident, and approachable – you love starting conversations and building connections.
* Obsessed with sneakers and streetwear, especially Jordan, and curious to learn more.
* Flexible for evenings/weekends and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment.
* Team player with a growth mindset – open to feedback and eager to develop.
* Great organisation and proactive, ready to the store engine.
