Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound customer enquiries and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients
Understand customer requirements and provide product or service information tailored to their needs
Support the wider sales team in identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth
Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates and ensuring a high level of service throughout the sales process
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and excellent customer experience
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within internal systems
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and market offering
Support wider business development activities as the company continues its growth journey
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident speaking with customers and building professional relationships
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive, motivated attitude with a genuine interest in developing a career in sales
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Previous sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
