Your day-to-day will include: Developing strong, long-lasting partnerships with social services, the NHS, residential care providers, and supported living services Growing our temporary workforce by sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding high-quality candidates Using both traditional and creative sourcing methodsincluding social mediato attract top talent Actively headhunting and building a thriving candidate network Managing client staffing requests with confidence and professionalism Placing candidates into both temporary and permanent roles Negotiating pay rates and contracts with clarity and commercial awareness Supporting the development of fellow Recruitment Consultants as the team grows This is a role where no two days are the sameand where your communication skills, resilience, and drive will shine.
