Key Account Manager – Primary & Secondary Care
Location: Surrey & Hampshire
We are partnering with a leading healthcare organisation to recruit aKey Account Managerto support the launch and growth of afirst‑in‑class, non‑hormonal therapywithin women’s health. This is ahigh‑impact field‑based role, with an80% Primary Care / 20% Secondary Carefocus, engaging customers across both community and hospital settings.
Role Overview
1. Manage and grow a defined territory acrossSurrey and Hampshire
2. Drive adoption throughPrimary Care(GPs, practice nurses, PCNs) while developing influence inSecondary Care(consultants, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists)
3. Identify, shape and convert local treatment pathways in line with national and regional guidance
4. Deliver high‑quality, compliant product education tailored to customer needs
5. Work collaboratively with secondary care stakeholders to support appropriate patient identification and pathway development
6. Develop and execute robust territory business plans aligned to national strategy
Candidate Profile
7. Proven experience as apharmaceutical sales representativein Primary Care, with exposure to Secondary Care preferred
8. Strong understanding of theNHS structure, including PCNs, ICSs and referral pathways
9. Track record of launching or growing therapy adoption
10. Highly effective atrelationship building, influencing and objection handling
11. Analytical, organised and outcome‑driven
12. Comfortable managing alarge, geographically spread territory
13. Full UK driving licence
