Project Manager – Dry Lining Contractor

We are a well-established dry lining contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a commercial project in Brackley, starting immediately.
A strong background in dry lining is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, ensuring delivery to programme, quality, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Overall management of commercial dry lining works
*
Managing site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors
*
Programming and coordinating works with the main contractor
*
Ensuring works are carried out safely and in line with H&S requirements
*
Ordering materials and managing suppliers
*
Monitoring progress, costs, and quality on site
*
Attending site meetings and liaising with clients and consultants
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the dry lining / interior fit-out sector
*
Strong knowledge of dry lining systems and commercial construction
*
Ability to manage programmes and multiple site activities
*
Good communication and organisational skills
*
SMSTS and CSCS (preferred)
