We are recruiting an experienced Sous Chef to join a highly regarded, destination-led coastal restaurant known for its vibrant seasonal offering and high-volume, quality-driven operation.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established brigade, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food across a busy service-led environment. While the venue reopens in mid March, we are actively interviewing and securing candidates now ahead of the new season.
Whats on Offer Salary: £65,000£70,000 per annum
Full-time position with long-term stability
Approximately 2 months off per year during seasonal closure
