The Role: As a Compliance Auditor you will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the organization’s internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal governance. The role plays a key part in identifying areas of non-compliance, assessing risk, and recommending corrective actions to improve operational efficiency and mitigate risk whilst maintaining all ISO standards What will you do on a normal day? Carry out onsite audits to ensure the business meets internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards. Plan and deliver audits across different teams, then report findings clearly. Spot areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions. Work closely with teams and leaders to track and support corrective actions. Help shape and maintain the company’s audit plan. Partner with compliance and risk teams to focus audit efforts where they’re needed most. Stay up to date with relevant regulations, ISO standards, and industry developments. Write clear audit reports for senior leaders and stakeholders. Support external audits and regulatory reviews when needed. Encourage a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness across the business. Take on other reasonable tasks as requested by management. What are we looking for? Qualified ISO Auditor Experience of Compliance programs (ISO 9001 / 14001 /18001 Trade Compliance / GDPR for example) Ability to lead as well as facilitate site audits. Exceptional communication and influencing skills at a senior level, both written and verbal. Ability to meet deadlines on program implementations and key milestone management. High standard of customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information. Full UK Driving Licence with a willingness to travel when required. What’s in it for you?
