Duties and responsibilties
* This role is ideal for an experienced Revenues & Recovery Manager who can lead our Revenues & Cashiers team in administering the billing, collection and enforcement of Council Tax, Business Rates, and Other Service Income, and who can demonstrate a strong background in local taxation.
* Duties will include ensuring an efficient, compliant, and customer-focused Revenues Service, and you will be expected to work as part of the senior Revenues and Benefits management team.

* As our Revenues and Recovery Manager, you will manage and motivate your team to deliver a professional service, always with an eye on performance improvement and customer service. Maximising revenue collection and minimising loss and avoidance will be key objectives.
* As a competent and inspiring manager, you will provide clear direction and support alongside your Senior Revenue Officers to your team and will need to manage and prioritise workloads and service demands.
* You must be able to communicate at all levels, interpreting and articulating often difficult and complex information and decisions.
