The Mission This is a distinguished role for a high-acuity nursing professional to provide dedicated 1:1 care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a prestigious superyacht. The vessel follows an exclusive summer itinerary through the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas, featuring stops in the historic ports of Venice, Split, Hvar, and the Bay of Kotor. This position offers a seamless integration of clinical excellence and elite maritime travel.
The Team You will operate within a tier-one medical structure led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by resident Physiotherapists. The nursing team comprises exclusively Western-trained professionals, ensuring a high-performance environment grounded in collaborative care and clinical safety.
The Safety To prioritise patient continuity and practitioner health, the medical roster is built on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you have constant clinical support during duty hours and guaranteed downtime to explore the stunning coastlines of Italy, Croatia, and Montenegro.

* Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Experience: Minimum 4+ years in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E) is essential.
* Language: Native or C1 English fluency is mandatory.
* Profile: Must demonstrate clinical precision, high discretion, and the ability to adapt to a luxury private environment.
