Position Overview
We are seeking qualified Speech and Language Therapists to work within our SEN Schools across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing clinical team providing essential services to children and young people with complex needs, including neurodiversity, trauma, and developmental challenges.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess and support children with speech, language, and communication difficulties.
* Work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement intervention plans.
* Contribute to the creation of a nationally important resource backed by a leading provider of SEN education.
Qualifications and Experience
* Recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree.
* HCPC registration and RCSLT or RCOT membership.
* Experience with clients with autism, language disorders, dyspraxia, sensory impairments, or related challenging behaviors.
* Experience working with complex needs or trauma is preferred but not essential; newly qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
* Ability to work independently.
* Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle.

Additional Information
This role is part of a 4-Day Working Week trial, promoting better work/life balance. Successful applicants will undergo safeguarding and DBS checks. The position is full-time and entry-level, with opportunities for growth.
