We're looking for a Finance, Audit & Risk Advisor to support our Ukrainian-led committee and Directors with admin and finance keeping records organised, the team supported, and our finances strong.
What difference will you make?
By joining us, you'll be helping to unlock the next stage of our journey. The Community Lab Initiative CIC is growing fast, and having the right skills in our team means we can deliver more projects, reach more people, and strengthen our support for Ukrainian families and vulnerable communities. We're committed to developing this role in a way that makes the best use of automation and AI tools — so your time is focused on insight, advice, and guiding our team, not on repetitive admin. While this is currently a volunteer role, our aim is to grow it into a part-time paid position for the right person in the future (funding dependent). Your contribution now will directly shape what's possible for us as an organisation. And along the way, here's what you'll get from us A meaningful way to use your skills to support real people and causes A place to shape the future of a growing social enterprise Public recognition and private thank-yous (always) Invitations to events, community days… and a serious risk of becoming addicted to Ukrainian Honeycake (don't say we didn't warn you)
