The role is to strategically manage a number of high value contracts within the Home Maintenance Services department, predominantly our Stores and Fleets contracts, to support the delivery of an efficient and customer focused home maintenance and compliance services. Description Strategically manage a number of high value contracts, namely the Stores, Fleet and Waste provisions. Ensure contracts are managed and delivered in line with overall business goals and objectives and our wider Corporate Plan. Lead and deliver on operational measurements that support strategic goals, ensuring that the department has adequate information and analysis to support and deliver strong performance management. Lead the development and management of Stores, Fleet and Waste provision, using a robust partnering relationship to provide the service required by our maintenance and compliance services by making available the highest level of quality products and services.
