Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Female Sonographer with specialist Gynaecology experience to support an ongoing weekend service. This role is ideal for a highly skilled practitioner with confidence in complex gynaecological scanning who is looking for consistent weekend work.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform high quality gynaecological ultrasound examinations
* Undertake complex gynaecology scanning, including advanced diagnostic assessments
* Provide accurate reporting in line with clinical standards and protocols
* Communicate findings clearly to referring clinicians
* Maintain patient dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Sonographer with relevant postgraduate ultrasound qualification
* Proven experience in Gynaecology ultrasound
* Complex Gynaecology Scanning experience (essential)
* Female applicants only, due to the nature of the service and patient requirements
* Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
* Excellent communication and professional judgement
