Job Description
Key Purpose of Role
As a Courtesy Bus Driver you will provide safe and efficient transport for customers, to and from Airport Terminals, you will need to always demonstrate excellent customer service.
Main Duties
Transporting Customers to and from the Terminals
Customer Service
Refuelling Vehicles
Assisting with valeting vehicles
Assisting with other driving duties when required
Answering terminal bus phone
Organising runs between different terminals in efficient time frame
Route Planning
Check vehicle daily to ensure road worthy
Cyber Security- it is your responsibility to follow GDPR rules & always be aware of possible cyber security threats
To drive carefully and considerately.
To act as an ambassador of the company and promote company interests at all times.
Ongoing completion of training on our training platform
Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required
Good knowledge of the Airport
Customer service
Problem solving skills
Able to work efficiently under pressure
Good Communicator
