We are pleased to be working with this large public sector organisation to recruit a Systems & Information Officer based in Belfast. This role will support finance, procurement, and logistics systems, with a focus on reporting, data integrity, and system administration. The Role Support and maintain finance, procurement, and logistics systems, including reporting and routine processes. Create and manage dynamic reports and databases using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and Excel. Ensure data integrity, security, and timely delivery of accurate information. Provide first-line user support, including access control and resolving system issues. Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and meet reporting and data requirements. Uphold data governance, compliance, and audit standards within all information processes. Lead initiatives to improve information management and enhance service delivery. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: A relevant university degree and experience in a relevant field OR Extensive experience in the above areas. Have experience in the build of Business Objects reports within Finance Procurement & Logistics environments OR Experienced using Power BI reporting and Share point functions What's in it for you?: Salary: £29-31k pro rata per annum.
