Early Help Project Support Officer
Location: Walthamstow, Greater London, United Kingdom.
Contract type: Full-time/Fixed Term Maternity Cover (12 months)
Working hours: 36 hrs/week.
Responsibilities
* Provide project support and organisational functions to assist in the effective delivery of the Resettlement Team’s services.
* Work closely with the Resettlement Team and frontline officers to ensure workflows are actioned in a timely manner.
* Communicate and coordinate across council services, including Finance and HR.
* Operate the HFU scheme, maintain regular contact with sponsors and HR colleagues, and manage activities on Shared platform.
* Work with data, support financial processes, and contribute to efficient service delivery.
* Collate Resettlement Schemes data, monitor progress, outputs and outcomes, and analyse data on shared platforms and internal databases.
* Manage risk within area of responsibility, assist in the screening and identification of risk and safeguarding concerns when processing HFU sponsor applications.
* Carry out all administrative tasks required as part of this role and prepare, distribute and present to relevant stakeholders to required standard and on time.
* Support financial processes such as processing payments, raising purchase orders, tracking expenditure, and coordinating sponsor/guest payments.
Qualifications and Requirements
* English and Math qualification.
* Satisfactory employment references and CIFAS identity checks.
* Satisfactory declaration of interest.
* Satisfactory DBS check.
* Fluency in spoken English and communication skills sufficient for effective performance of the role.
