We’re looking for a confident, people-first leader to run one of our education centres. You’ll take full ownership of service delivery, new member acquisition, team culture and your centre’s growth. You’ll build a high-performing environment where children thrive, families trust us, and your team loves coming to work.

The Role
You’ll lead all aspects of centre performance, including:
1. Using KPIs and performance data to continuously improve results
2. Ownership of overall centre profitability including revenue management, optimising staff efficiency, and driving membership growth
3. Leading, coaching, and developing a supervisor and team of tutors
4. Creating a positive, high-performance team culture with strong engagement and accountability
5. Safeguarding every child in your care and ensuring full Ofsted and company compliance
6. Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
7. Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
8. Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
A Day in the Life
You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence.
9. You’ll role model excellent tutoring and coach your team, supporting your members to achieve real maths and English progress and unlock a love of learning
10. You’ll monitor and celebrate member progress, holding meaningful conversations with families about achievements and next steps
11. You’ll build your centre’s reputation through local brand presence, community engagement and sales activation
12. You’ll host trial sessions, manage enquiries and new member experience, making sure every family feels welcome and supported

Logistics
Location: You will be based at our Explore Learning North Cheam centre full-time.
Starting salary: £31,250 - £33,750 PA salary depending on experience.
*Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.
Contract: Full-time, permanent contract
Working Hours: a typical week*:
Tuesday 11am-8pm
Wednesday 11am-8pm
Thursday 11am-7pm
Friday 9am-6pm
Saturday 9am-5pm
*working hours may vary from centre to centre
