East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices (EACH) is seeking a Capital Appeal Lead to drive our transformational Treehouse Expansion Appeal. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of care for children, young people, and families across the region.
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to lead our Treehouse Expansion Appeal - a major fundraising initiative to enhance our hospice facilities. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure the campaign reflects the compassion and professionalism that define EACH.
Fixed Term Contract Duration: 18 months
Full time and part time applicants (minimum 22.5 hours per week) will be considered
Are you:
* A strategic thinker with the confidence to drive ambitious growth
* Experienced in leading complex fundraising campaigns and building strong relationships with funders and stakeholders
* Collaborative, inspiring, and passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families?
Do you have:
* Demonstrable experience in income generation and meeting financial targets
* Strong understanding of Trusts, Foundations, and grant-making processes
* Excellent project management and organisational skills
* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Responsibilities include:
* Leading and coordinating the Treehouse Expansion fundraising plan
* Monitoring appeal income and pipeline performance
* Collaborating with Philanthropy, Trusts & Foundations, and Corporate Fundraising teams
* Developing compelling funding proposals and impact reports
* Working with Communications to produce inspiring appeal materials
* Managing campaign documentation and resources
* Supporting briefings, reports, and events for stakeholders
