Role Overview:
This role is not sales-focused. It works alongside the sales team, emphasizing implementation, education, and support of clinical customers. It may involve supporting sales colleagues during client visits to enhance service offerings but primarily centers on clinical education. The Clinical Application Specialist will collaborate with commercial teams to ensure correct usage and compliance of products in NHS and private hospitals from a clinical perspective. The role involves working with infection control, contamination control, surgical scrub, smoke evacuation, and hazardous fluid management products, focusing on clinical support, education, and implementation of the healthcare portfolio.
* Ideal candidates are Theatre Nurses with OR (Surgical) experience or RGN experienced in infection/contamination control.
* Commercial experience is advantageous but not essential; attitude and resilience are key.
* Motivated, target/objective-focused, and career-driven professionals.
* Self-driven, highly motivated, with problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
