Legal Director - Residential Conveyancing
Location: Gloucester
A specialist, award winning specialist property law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to take on a senior technical leadership role. This is a great opportunity to develop a growing team, and influence the future of a high performing practice.
The Role
* Act as the firm's senior technical authority for all residential conveyancing work
* Set and maintain technical, compliance, and quality standards
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of qualified and trainee lawyers
* Drive improvements in quality assurance, peer review, and knowledge sharing
* Play an active role in Business Development
Candidate Requirements
* 7+ years' experience in handling complex residential conveyancing matters
* Strong technical expertise across sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, lease extensions, SDLT and unregistered titles
* Equity release experience beneficial
* Confident mentoring and developing others
* Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
* UK qualified Solicitor
