Your Role: As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our students’ educational experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Empower Students:Assist in the educational and social development of students with special needs, helping them to build confidence and independence.
* Personalised Support:Implement individual education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs. Provide one-on-one or small group support to ensure they reach their full potential.
* Creative Engagement:Plan and deliver exciting lessons and activities that captivate and inspire students.
* Positive Environment:Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued.
* Communication Hub:Serve as a key liaison between teachers, parents, and external professionals, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
* Track Progress:Monitor and record student progress, celebrating successes and identifying areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Professionals:Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
* Experienced Individuals:Experience working with children with special educational needs is a plus.
