We are looking for a Category Executive to join our dynamic and friendly team. Working across all our categories, you will manage the relationship with Co-op and Deliver sustainable category value and volume growth & out-performance for Premier Foods within Co-op, including through increased distribution, shelf space and visibility of PF innovation across all our grocery categories.
In this role, confidence with data is key. Daily tasks involve fostering partnerships with Co-op buyers and merchandisers. You will drive innovative strategies for sustainable growth and be part of a dynamic, goal-surpassing team at Premier Foods. The Key Requirements...
1. Working closely with the sales commercial team and the grocery category team to ensure they are armed with the relevant category insights and recommendations.
2. Develop objective space to sales recommendations and ensuring this is aligned to range review objectives and Category Vision growth opportunities.
3. Become an expert with retailer specific software programmes e.g. Circana HIVE – creating actionable insight and concise reports for both buyers and PF Account Managers.
4. Range recommendations and post launch evaluations 4/8/12 wk
5. Use Kantar, Circana & other sources to pull comprehensive analysis on customer performance.
