£50,000 – £58,000 + 25% bonus

Role Overview
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Plumbing & Heating Products to FM companies will involve:
* Area Sales Manager position selling a range of plumbing and heating products
* All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies
* Working on projects such as: hospitals, hotels, care homes, office spaces, retail parks, leisure parks, datacentres
* Turnover target circa £5m
* Will have new business target however will predominately be an account management position
Qualifications
* Must have plumbing & heating, mechanical engineering or building services product experience
* Must have sold facilities management companies
* Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Highly organised and focused with strong time management skills
* Self-motivated, confident, driven and ambitious
