As an Associate Director, Site Engagement Lead, you will be the strategic bridge between CSL and our investigational sites, leading initiatives that enhance site satisfaction, strengthen collaboration, and accelerate clinical trial delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead site engagement strategy for assigned programs or studies, ensuring sites experience seamless, coordinated interactions with CSL.
2. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key institutions, investigators, and partner sites to position CSL as a preferred sponsor.
3. Identify and onboard new strategic sites aligned with CSL’s pipeline and country-specific priorities.
4. Analyze and share site intelligence - turn data into actionable insights that inform feasibility, site selection, and recruitment strategies.
