We are a busy Italian restaurant in London looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team.
Our kitchen focuses on authentic Italian cuisine and operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role suits a confident Sous Chef who can support the Head Chef and lead the brigade during busy services.
What we offer Salary: £40,000 £45,000 per year, depending on experience

What we are looking for Minimum 3 years experience as a Sous Chef
Experience working in a busy / high-volume restaurant
Strong knowledge and experience of Italian cuisine
Ability to lead the kitchen during service
Excellent organisation and teamwork skills
Calm under pressure and quality-focused
