Our Worcestershire service coordinates treatment and support for individuals using our services, helping them address their substance use, achieve happiness, and reach their goals.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Criminal Justice Team as a Key Worker with Criminal Justice Assertive In Reach Specialism. The role involves providing targeted support to enhance continuity of care between prisons and other criminal justice partners within the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. Responsibilities include delivering quality and safe services, assessments, engagement support, caseload management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction, and interventions. A good knowledge of harm reduction is essential.
The key qualities for this role include a desire and ability to positively impact people's lives. We seek motivated, committed individuals with good Microsoft Office skills who can manage their own diary proactively. Integrity, enthusiasm, and a passion to make a difference are vital.
