Position: Various. Start Date: ASAP. Contract Type: Full Time Temp- Perm. Hours: Mon-Thu 8:20AM-4:20PM; Fri 8:20AM-2:30PM.
This role would suit practitioners from all walks of life, including, but not limited to, Sports Coaches, Artists, Musicians, Teaching Assistants, Pastoral Leads and Youth Workers. We’re looking for dedicated, resilient, and energetic individuals to join our growing team in a range of rewarding roles:
* SEMH Practitioner – Support students (GCSE & Post-16) in the classroom, helping them stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their potential.
* Intervention Support – Deliver therapeutic support and accompany students on off‑site activities such as outdoor education, trampoline parks, and community trips.
* Pastoral Support – Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and that every student’s plan is followed with care and consistency.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with young people aged 11–18.
* Understanding of SEMH needs and effective support strategies.
* A driver’s licence (essential for off‑site activities).
* Adaptability and a proactive mindset.
* A great sense of humour (a must!).
* Commitment to a full‑time, permanent role.
