Job Description
My client is looking for a proactive and organised Care Supervisor to join their team in Dereham. This is a predominantly administrative role, supporting the Care Manager in maintaining compliance, quality assurance, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Care Manager with compliance and regulatory duties
* Write and maintain person-centred care plan assessments
* Complete feedback and follow-up forms
* Supervise and support care workers
* Assist with audits and documentation to meet CQC standards
* Liaise with clients, families, and professionals to ensure continuity of care
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement
What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
* Experience completing care assessments
* Knowledge of manual handling procedures
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
