Salt is recruiting for a client within central government that requires a SC Cleared Commercial Lead for a 1-year contract Inside IR35 with rate negotiable DOE.
Skills (including specialist skills) and/or knowledge required:
– Lead on and deliver key procurement activities and provide commercial leadership for complex and strategic procurements.
– Produce and deliver Contract Management Plans and procurement plans for goods and services to support the delivery of the Digital, Data and Technology.
– Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a clear and agreed view on the needs of the business and target outcomes.
– Deliver more complex procurements through the management of activities such as:
* Production of financial analyses and projections.
* Production of the Commercial Business Case and contribute to the development of wider business case content and leading on defining the, the commercial strategy, procurement options, risks, and mitigations.
